  • ½ tinNestlé MILKMAID
  • 6 cupsMilk
  • ½ cupRice Flour
  • ½ tspVanilla Essence

Toppings

  • 3-4 tbspFinely Chopped Nuts (Almonds, Pistachio)
  • 2 tbspSesame seeds

How to make Mahalabia

  • Step 1: Prepare Coconut Milk by mixing MAGGI coconut Milk with 3 cups of warm water. Mix rice flour with 1 cup of prepared coconut milk and mix until smooth. Add vanilla essence and keep aside.
  • Step 2: Heat the remaining coconut milk in a saucepan and simmer. While stirring constantly, add the rice-coconut milk mixture. Heat it on a low flame and NESTLE MILKMAID Sweetened Condensed Milk and mix well. Cook till the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Step 3: Once thick pour it in individual serving bowls and refrigerate overnight. While serving garnish with nuts and seeds. Serve cool.

Serving suggestion: You can add rose jam also for garnishing.
