How to make Paan Kulfi

  • Step 1: Bring Nestlé a+ Milk to a boil. Add Nestlé MILKMAID sweetened condensed milk and fresh cream and mix everything well.
  • Step 2: Cook the mixture again on medium flame while stirring continuously for 15-20 min till the mixture reaches a thick consistency.
  • Step 3: Allow the mixture to cool. Add chopped paan and mix well. Transfer the mixture into the kulfi moulds and allow it to freeze overnight.
  • Step 4: Once set, demould the kulfi and serve.

Tips to Paan Kulfi

  • Once you add the paan to the milk mixture, avoid boiling it. High heat can curdle the milk. Keep it on low heat.
  • After simmering the milk mixture, take it off the heat and allow it to steep for a good 5-10 minutes. This infuses the flavours beautifully.
